The holiday flats are in a private street near to Konstanz cathedral in the heart of the picturesque old city with its incomparable charm. Maximum capacity of flats: 2 Persons.
Flat "Charlotte" is  in the first floor with a staircase. Flat "Iris" in the basement. Flat "Lucie" in the first floor with steep staircase.
The apartments  costs  from 55 €/night/1 person. All above mentioned prices including bed linen, washing up towels, hand and bath towels, free internet access (WLAN /LAN), use of washing machine and dryer  town maps and information over local attractions and end of rental cleaning . Not included is the holiday tax for visitors over 16 years of age. If you wish to make a reservation please send an email with your full address, telephone and mobile number, names of all visitor, date of birth, and whether you will arrive by car, train, cycle. We shell send you an email with the rental contract if the flat is still available with a time limit on returning (by email) with which you can book firmly. 
 - intermediate rental is reserved -  Surrounding of the apartments:   The flats are situated in a central, peaceful, position near the lake at the entrance to the picturesque Niederburg - the medieval part of town - and the magical Konstanz old city which has an inviting pedestrian precinct with cosy cafes, food shops and other stores. The oldest theatre in Germany, the cathedral with a climbable steeple – 192 steps giving a wonderful view over Konstanz and the lake, railway station with a bicycle hire shop, city gardens on the lake with children playground and boat rental, the harbour with the much appreciated beer gardens and Sea Life Centre, Swiss harbour with mini-golf, giant children playground, animal park and much more are within easy walking distance.  You are able to reach easily by foot or bicycle the city and the surrounding Bodensee countryside – also the nearby Swiss area – and the range of international, modern gastronomic establishments (naturally also cosy historical wineries and wine bars with “Dünnele” (sort of light pizza) and tasty fried potatoes) and the cultural offerings of the city without the need for a car.
